Being in Texas, we love longhorns! We also love working with multifamily communities and we were extremely excited to update this apartment leasing office in Fort Worth with a rustic modern design incorporating this beautiful longhorn art.
Architectural Redesign
Previously, this leasing office was a bit cluttered with too much furniture. After the architectural suggestions were put in place such as removing a few walls, relocating the front entrance, new flooring and fresh paint… our interior design came to life!
The Inspiration
The animal hide chairs in the waiting area were the inspiration. They offer a beautiful, natural element that we wanted to continue throughout the space. Stretch canvas art with strong photography stands out nicely against the dark finishes used in the office furnishings.
The space is now open and offers plenty of space with several seating areas. You surely can’t miss the striking longhorn art positioned perfectly behind the leasing desk. With the property being located in Fort Worth, this is also a nod to the heritage of the famous Fort Worth Stockyards. In or out of Texas, this design is beautiful in any area!
