The design team at Charter Furniture Solutions attends the High Point Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina twice a year. Each market is incredibly exciting and we get to see all the latest trends in the furniture industry for the upcoming season.
What is the High Point Furniture Market?
The High Point Furniture Market, also known as the High Point Market, is a renowned international trade show for the home furnishings industry. It is one of the largest and most important furniture trade shows in the world. As a result, it attracts all types of industry professionals from around the globe including, furniture manufacturers, retailers, designers, interior decorators, and buyers.
With over 11 million (yes… million!) square feet of home furnishings, the Market has a lot to showcase. For example, the trade show has the newest furnishing trends for the living room, bedroom, dining room, outdoor spaces, accessories, lighting, rugs, artwork, and more!
We arrive like kids in a candy store because there’s so much to see in just 4 days! With a plan in place, we hit the ground running. After four days, we leave totally inspired (and with tired feet!) ready to design with the latest looks!

Our Favorite Showroom
One of our favorite showrooms is Alder and Tweed. This on-trend furniture line has designs by Jeff Lewis. Jeff Lewis is known for interiors that feature a warm, neutral palette and his signature approachable style is showcased at Alder and Tweed.
The simple designs are very versatile with a wide range of style directions. The clean lines can be paired with contemporary pieces to further modernize the look or be paired with rustic woods and textures for an abundance of warmth and coziness.
