Our design team created a trendy and industrial style space with a masculine color palette at this apartment community in Champaign, Illinois. The warm reception area greets residents and potential residents with a cozy feel with rich blues, crisp grays and earthy cognac leather accents.

We helped design this chic coffee bar with floating shelves, subway tile and plenty of counter space. Our design suggestions for this property also included paint colors, carpet, the barn door feature, cabinet styles and the fireplace design.
