The multifamily design team at Charter Furniture Solutions, just completed an exciting clubroom transformation in Dallas, TX! This older property needed numerous design, layout, and architectural changes, so we employed innovative thinking to rejuvenate and modernize these spaces. The renovation has propelled this multifamily community into a fresh, inviting hub for living and socializing. We’re thrilled to see how it all came together!

Overall design changes we suggested:

  • Complete kitchen rehab
  • All new flooring
  • Removal of several walls
  • Glass railing on the staircase
  • Fireplace face lift
  • Removal of popcorn ceiling
  • Fresh paint throughout

The transformation of the clubroom is stunning! It makes a memorable impression on visitors and also brightens up the leasing space as well. Ashley Cockrell, our talented design stylist, was the lead on this project and it turned out beautifully.

BEFORE: The kitchen before the renovations was completely closed off from clubroom. And, as you can see, the outdated furniture needed to be replaced with more modern and functional seating.

AFTER: The removal of the kitchen walls opened up the entire space and the new paint colors and furnishing make the room feel light, bright and open.

This community space is now open and inviting with fresh pops of color like mustard yellow and teal. The oversize black rug defines the gathering area in front of the fireplace and the open kitchen really compliments the layout.
