How does furniture rental work with Charter Furniture Solutions?

Is furniture rental cheaper than buying furniture?
Yes — especially for short-term stays. Between the cost of purchasing furniture, hiring movers, and selling or disposing of it later, buying furniture can easily cost more. Renting ensures you only pay for what you need, for as long as you need it.
How quickly can furniture be delivered in Dallas?
Most furniture rental packages in Dallas can be delivered within just a few days. Because we operate from our Dallas warehouse, our turnaround time is faster than national rental chains. Urgent or last-minute needs? We do that, too.
Can I rent just a few pieces, or do I need a full package?
We offer full rental packages as well as add-on items such as office furniture, décor, and housewares. You can also customize any package to fit your space and budget.
Do you offer furniture rental for corporate housing or offices?
Yes — Charter supports corporate relocations, model units, leasing offices, and short-term office setups. If you need office furniture for a temporary workspace, we can include desks, task chairs, and more.
Do I need good credit to rent furniture?
A credit application is required prior to delivery, along with an initial payment covering your first month's rent and the one-time delivery, setup, and pickup fee. Once your application is approved, you will receive your lease agreement via our e-document signing program. As soon as we have the signed agreement and initial payment, we will get you on the schedule for delivery!
