We’ll handle the details—from hanging hangers in the closet to placing artwork on the walls—so your space is ready for you to enjoy.

Need a television, washer/dryer set, or refrigerator? We offer a range of electronics and appliances to complete your home setup with ease.

Enhance your package with additional furniture like extra living room chairs, nightstands, or a desk and chair for your home office. Want a luxury upgrade? Choose top-of-the-line options like leather sofas or gel mattresses to elevate your living experience.

Charter Furniture Rental provides delivery, set-up, and pick-up for one low, one-time fee, due before delivery. This single charge covers all three services, making your experience hassle-free.

We do not charge application fees, and in most cases, no deposit is required. Prior to delivery, we only ask for one full month’s rental and the delivery/set-up/pick-up fee. These payments will be reflected as an “initial payment” on your account and applied to your first invoice.

You don’t need to be present for delivery. With written permission, our team can coordinate access through the leasing office, set up your furniture based on the apartment layout, and return the key—ensuring your space is move-in ready upon your arrival. If you prefer to be present, we’re happy to arrange a 30-minute to 1-hour call ahead with our delivery drivers on the day of delivery.
