The Legacy on Rockhill<\/a> represents the new wave of built-for-rent communities that combines the perks of detached living with the affordability of renting. This new property offered a blank canvas that begged for a touch of creativity and functional design. Our goal was to furnish this two-bedroom model so that it not only felt like home but also stood out in the bustling rental market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the living room, our focus was on creating a neutral and inviting atmosphere. The color palette is intentionally subdued to appeal to a broad range of tastes, with pops of texture and pattern to add interest without being overwhelming. The use of a sectional sofa maximizes seating, demonstrating the space’s potential for entertaining or relaxing. The placement of decorative items and wall art adds a personal touch that helps prospective residents envision a life in this space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
