The Charter Furniture Solutions<\/a> design team was tasked recently with a multifamily makeover for a community built in the early 90s in Plano, Texas. The property management team for the Wellington at Willow Bend<\/a>, decided it was time to revitalize key areas of their property in order to attract new residents. The challenge was clear: transform the dated interiors of the clubroom, kitchen, and leasing offices into a chic and contemporary oasis that would captivate residents and potential newcomers alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
