This unique property was originally a home that was built in the 1920\u2019s.  When the apartments community was built in the 1970\u2019s around the original home, the home was then converted to the leasing office, managers office, club room and fitness center. We wanted to update the spaces but keep the original elements such as the pine wood paneling, flooring and windows and make minimal changes to the structure of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Layout changes we suggested:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Convert Kitchen into the Manager&#8217;s Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convert Grand Parlor into the Leasing Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overall design changes we suggested:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All new furniture, lighting and artwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh paint with contrast paint on doors and trim throughout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durable office furnishings with custom laminate finishes and performance fabrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The suggested changes will elevate the overall ambiance of the community. The paint colors and furnishing will create a moody, cozy and charming space for residents and generate a positive impression for prospective residents. The new paint with dark trim add a lot of drama to the entryway. with the pine wood paneling and fireplace. Updated lighting helps to brighten up the club room.
