Vibrant colors, fun artwork and lots of personality, is how we would describe our design for this two bedroom custom apartment model at the Palladium Dallas Stemmons<\/a> apartment community. This part of Dallas is transitioning from a warehouse area to an up and coming urban neighborhood and attracting young professionals. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LIVING ROOM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For this two bedroom custom model, we wanted our interior design concept to include furnishings and artwork that was bold, modern, sleek and full of energy. We choose a main color palette of navy, orange and pops of green. Starting in the living room, colorful artwork and a velvet orange accent chair sets the tone for the apartment model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRIMARY BEDROOM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the primary bedroom, the modern blue velvet bed makes a big statement. The sleek orange lamps with the coordinating guitar artwork ties everything together in this room. The light gold curtains blend with the bed side tables and give a little bit of richness without feeling over the top. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GUEST BEDROOM \/ WORK SPACE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since this custom apartment model was for a two bedroom, we decided to make the guest bedroom multi-functional and show the versatility of the additional bedroom. We choose a trundle bed that would work perfectly for more than one guest or as a lounging space. The desk area gives this room the ability to function as a home office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

KITCHEN + DINING<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once again, we’ve chosen velvet chairs but this time in a gorgeous dark green for the dining space. For the kitchen bar area, we selected three low profile barstools to keep the space open. Finally, what better way to finish out the kitchen and dining areas but with a unique and playful piece of donut artwork! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
