Recently our multifamily design team traveled to Bloomington, Indiana to complete a large clubroom transformation for Adam’s Village!
This apartment community had a recent expansion, adding more apartments and a resident amenity center. The new amenity center has their leasing offices, a fitness center, a golf simulator room and several gathering areas for residents to visit. The design team designed the new spaces using a “nostalgic boardwalk” style incorporating vintage items and a color palette of moody blues, white, taupes and pops of red.
The property’s logo has a strong red color, so incorporating red into the design was perfect. As you walk into the clubroom, there are distinct gathering areas that maximize the space while providing lots of seating for residents and visitors. The reclaimed wood on several key accent items compliment the vintage aspect while the clean lines in the seating add a modern touch.
This was a fun project from start to finish. We love the playful ferris wheels in the artwork and accessories as well as the strong color palette that catches your eye from the moment you enter. Thanks for having us Adam’s Village!
