At Charter Furniture Solutions, we love furnishing multifamily communities and have been doing it for over 40 years! We work with communities all over the country, and this project was for The WayPointe apartments located in the coastal town of Norwalk Connecticut. Our design team created a one-of-a-kind, custom staged apartment model that reflects the unique style of the community.

Community-Inspired Custom Models

Each custom staged apartment model we create is a reflection of the community it represents. For Norwalk’s premier waterfront destination, The WayPointe apartments, we aimed for a contemporary design that seamlessly blended with Connecticut’s timeless sophistication. Our inspiration was modern, edgy, and comfortable – a style that would resonate with the discerning tastes of the prospective residents.

LIVING & DINING

We started with a great floor plan and leveraged the bay window to create the perfect spot for dining. We furnished the dining area with a modern dining set that included a unique dining table with a textured rope base. The sophisticated color palette of blues, white and grays, evoke a sense of calm and elegance in a room. The velvety blue accent chair brings richness to the space and the leather accents in the dining chairs play off the beautiful wood-style flooring. To complete the look, oversized statement art was placed above the sofa and in the dining area.

BEDROOM

Upon entering the bedroom, there’s a serene feel to the space. The bedding, adorned in soft and luxurious fabrics, seamlessly continues the neutral and elegant color scheme that flows from the living area. The leather-upholstered bed adds a subtle touch of richness.
